美高預(yù)告丨Chatgpt時代，規(guī)劃未來領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者之路

在技術(shù)不斷被開發(fā)、消費不斷被升級世界中，一些人類生活中十分重大的界限越來越模糊了。

自從去年11月ChatGPT正式發(fā)布以來，OpenAI團隊更新AI產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)的速度快到已經(jīng)突破了人們的想象。

就在不久前宣布推出能力更強大的GPT-4之后，不留給競爭對手任何喘息的時間，聯(lián)網(wǎng)版的ChatGPT來了。

如今，借用“l(fā)iminality”一詞來說明當(dāng)下的社會境況再適合不過，現(xiàn)在每個人都是越界人（liminal people），活在時代更替的夾縫中。

這個越界的經(jīng)驗，是世界上無數(shù)受技術(shù)與媒體影響、身份含混模糊、經(jīng)歷生活與工作流動、感受代際震蕩的群體與個人的共有經(jīng)歷。

一個孩子如果讓他周圍的人都喜歡跟他在一起，感覺到“如沐春風(fēng)”，那這個孩子未來發(fā)展中一定很少有阻力。

任何的人物能夠做到“深得我心”，他一定會成為萬人領(lǐng)袖；如果一個企業(yè)能夠“深得我心”，那他的產(chǎn)品一定賣得好。

美高認為，感知他人想法和感受的能力是協(xié)作和建立關(guān)系的關(guān)鍵能力。

如果希望利用技術(shù)來滿足人類的需求，必須培養(yǎng)更深入地理解和尊重彼此的價值觀、文化、情感和驅(qū)動力的能力，來發(fā)揮引導(dǎo)作用。

同理心很難在機器中復(fù)制；所以，在人工智能的世界中，它將是無價之寶。
