The annual International Day at QISS was a huge success, as the wider Qingdao community came together to celebrate. Flags were waving proudly during the opening flag ceremony and students, teachers, and families alike wore traditional attire from around the globe, transforming the campus into a colorful tapestry of global cultures. The event was a feast for the senses, with tantalizing aromas of exotic cuisines wafting through the air, and the sound of laughter and music filling every corner. From beautifully decorated booths that explored various cultural traditions to captivating performances that showcased talent of our students, staff and the wider community, the day was a vibrant showcase. The event not only fostered a sense of belonging and appreciation for diversity among the students but also reinforced the school"s commitment to our values of integrity, creativity, inclusivity and compassion. As the sun set on the day, and families bid farewell with hearts full of joy and appreciation, it was evident that the spirit of International Day would continue to thrive at QISS, inspiring a generation of life-ready leaders.

青島第一國(guó)際學(xué)校(QISS)的年度國(guó)際日慶典取得了巨大成功，整個(gè)青島社區(qū)歡聚一堂。在開(kāi)幕式上，五彩斑斕的國(guó)旗高掛，學(xué)生、教師和家長(zhǎng)們身著來(lái)自世界各地的傳統(tǒng)服裝，將校園變成了一幅多元文化的絢爛畫(huà)卷。整個(gè)活動(dòng)令人陶醉，空氣中飄蕩著異國(guó)美食的誘人香味，歡聲笑語(yǔ)和音樂(lè)充斥著每個(gè)角落。從裝飾精美的展位，到學(xué)生、員工和社區(qū)成員的才藝表演，一整天都充滿了活力。本次活動(dòng)不僅加強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的歸屬感和對(duì)多樣性的欣賞，還強(qiáng)調(diào)了學(xué)校的價(jià)值觀——正直、共情、包容和創(chuàng)新。夕陽(yáng)西下，家長(zhǎng)們滿懷喜悅和感激的心情告別。國(guó)際日的精神將在QISS繼續(xù)蓬勃發(fā)展，激勵(lì)著一代又一代的生活領(lǐng)袖。

The QISS College Fair was a tremendous success! We had nearly 50 international universities on our campus including Duke University, Boston University, Michigan, Monash, Temple, Leeds and more! It was a great opportunity for our students and parents to ask questions and engage with admissions representatives and understand the admissions process in more detail.
