簽到和自由交流

9:00-9:30

開放日活動將于早上9:00的明媚陽光中開始進(jìn)行簽到。我們熱情友好的招生團(tuán)隊和中學(xué)部老師將會在學(xué)校前臺和大廳迎接大家，并熱情地與大家打招呼。在簽到期間，您和家人可以跟他們自由交流，了解我們的老師，或咨詢?nèi)魏蜗肓私獾膯栴}。

英式體驗(yàn)課（面向?qū)W生）

9:30-11:30

我們的英式體驗(yàn)課是開放日活動的亮點(diǎn)之一。老師們將會帶領(lǐng)您的孩子到學(xué)科教室參加共兩節(jié)體驗(yàn)課，9:40準(zhǔn)時開課，讓孩子們親身參與和體驗(yàn)佛山霍利斯的教學(xué)方式和學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。

例如，在設(shè)計和技術(shù)課上，您的孩子可能會學(xué)習(xí)一些建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的知識，并有機(jī)會與伙伴合作，搭建模型，然后與其他學(xué)生的作品一起進(jìn)行負(fù)載測試比拼，看看誰的模型承重能力最強(qiáng)。此外，他們也可能在英語課堂學(xué)習(xí)詩歌，探索語言的魅力和創(chuàng)造力，在音樂課上學(xué)習(xí)桑巴打擊樂，在藝術(shù)課上提升水彩的繪畫和暈染手法。體驗(yàn)課所提供的科目和教學(xué)內(nèi)容會因應(yīng)我們最新的課程規(guī)劃而進(jìn)行定期更新。

學(xué)校信息分享會（面向家長）

9:30-11:00

家長們將會參與學(xué)校信息分享會，這個分享會由我們的校長Jane Arden女士主持，她是一位經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的教育家和學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，在教育行業(yè)擁有近30年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。她將會給大家分享豐富的學(xué)校信息，帶領(lǐng)大家了解我們的學(xué)校價值觀、課程、教學(xué)方式和校園生活等多方面信息。您也可以在現(xiàn)場問答環(huán)節(jié)提出自己的疑問，跟校長交流。校長也會熱情為您解答問題，分享她的專業(yè)見解和建議。

Mrs Jane Arden

Jane Arden 女士是佛山市霍利斯外籍人員子女學(xué)校的校長。Arden女士曾在利物浦大學(xué)和利物浦摩爾大學(xué)深造，取得榮譽(yù)歷史學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位和教育學(xué)研究生文憑（PGCE）。

Arden女士履歷豐富，在來到佛山霍利斯之前，她曾在成都威斯敏斯特學(xué)校擔(dān)任創(chuàng)校副校長、學(xué)術(shù)部主管和英文學(xué)科主任，以及在惠靈頓國際學(xué)校任職4年，擔(dān)任學(xué)術(shù)和英文學(xué)科主任。

Arden女士深耕教育行業(yè)近30年，所任職的學(xué)校在她的帶領(lǐng)下取得斐然的IGCSE和A Level學(xué)術(shù)成績。Arden女士也擔(dān)任過英國AQA考試局英文學(xué)科助理首席考官近20年。她非常重視對教師的培訓(xùn)與指導(dǎo)，認(rèn)為這是創(chuàng)建面向21世紀(jì)的學(xué)校的關(guān)鍵因素。

在信息分享會結(jié)束后，您將會在招生老師的帶領(lǐng)下參觀我們獲得最佳設(shè)計獎的校園，了解我們的先進(jìn)設(shè)施。我們的現(xiàn)代化的寬敞教室均配備最前沿的設(shè)備和技術(shù)，構(gòu)建出一個多樣化、有吸引力和安全的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。我們很高興看到學(xué)生們在這個校園環(huán)境中得到進(jìn)步和發(fā)展，并希望您在參觀的過程中也能切身感受得到。

Registration

9:00-9:30

Join us bright and early at 9:00 AM for an exciting start to our Open Day! When you and your family step into our warm and welcoming reception and lobby area, our friendly admissions team and Secondary teachers will greet you with smiling faces. Take this opportunity to engage in friendly banter, ask any questions you may have, and get to know our team.

British Taster Lessons (for Students)

9:30-11:30

One of the highlights of the day is the chance for your child(ren) to participate in British Taster Lessons. Our teachers will guide them to their classrooms promptly at 9:40 AM for two engaging taster lessons. These lessons will give you a taste of what it"s like to be a student at LEH Foshan.

For example, in Design and Technology lesson, your child(ren) may learn about architectural structures and have the chance to work with a partner to construct some amazing models. And that"s not all - their models will even be put to the test in a load test! They could also be exploring the power of language and creativity through poetry in English, enjoying the rhythm of the Samba percussion in Music and perfecting their pen and wash technique in Art. The subjects on offer may change regularly to align with our most recent curriculum planning.

School Information Session (for Parents)

9:30-11:00

For parents, your day will officially start with the school information session hosted by our Headteacher Mrs Jane Arden, a well-experienced educator and school leader with nearly 30 years of experience. These sessions will be informative and engaging, providing you with a deeper understanding of our school"s ethos, curriculum, academic approach and school life. You"ll also have the chance to ask questions and get to know our Headteacher, who will be on hand to share insights and answer any queries you may have.

Mrs Jane Arden

Mrs Jane Arden is the Headteacher of LEH Foshan. She studied at both Liverpool, John Moores University and Liverpool University where she was awarded a BA (hons)in History, and a PGCE.

Prior to this role, Mrs Arden was the Deputy Principal of Chengdu Westminster founding team, as well Director of Teaching and Learning and Head of English. Before that, she spent four years as Head of Academics and English at Wellington College International.

With nearly 30 years in education, Mrs Arden has led schools to achieve outstanding IGCSE and A level results. She has also worked as Assistant Principal examiner for AQA English language. Training and mentoring teachers is key for her in creating schools fit for the 21st century.

After the information session, you"ll have the chance to take a tour of our award-winning campus and see our world-class facilities. Our classrooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with the latest technology to facilitate a dynamic, engaging and safe learning experience. We take pride in providing an environment that is conducive to learning and development, and we believe that the best way to experience this is by seeing it in action.

During the tour, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, and provide you with an in-depth understanding of how our facilities cater to the needs of our students, and create a safe, nurturing environment for them to thrive in.
