認(rèn)識(shí)青春期 | 理解自我，這是一個(gè)值得慶祝的年齡

人處于青春期時(shí)，會(huì)對(duì)異性、對(duì)性話題，產(chǎn)生很多好奇。青春期教育對(duì)男生和女生而言，都是重要的。

3月17日和4月7日，廣州暨大港澳子弟學(xué)校（ASJ)分別開(kāi)展了中學(xué)部和小學(xué)部G5-G6的青春期講座。

青春期講座對(duì)包含青春期的生理變化和心理變化的講解。青春期作為兒童期至成年期的過(guò)渡時(shí)期，人體的體格、性征、內(nèi)分泌以及心理等方面都發(fā)生了巨大的變化。為了幫助青少年們更好地適應(yīng)這些變化，學(xué)校定期開(kāi)展相關(guān)講座來(lái)幫助他們認(rèn)識(shí)青春期，學(xué)會(huì)在青春期中自我照顧、自我關(guān)懷、自我保護(hù)。

在ASJ的青春期講座中，會(huì)根據(jù)性別分為男生場(chǎng)和女生場(chǎng)。經(jīng)歷青春期期間，男生和女生都需要了解兩性的基本常識(shí)。通過(guò)講座，對(duì)這些知識(shí)進(jìn)行講解，既可以滿足學(xué)生的好奇，又可以鼓勵(lì)他們用科學(xué)冷靜的態(tài)度去了解自己身心的發(fā)展發(fā)育，讓同學(xué)們知道，青春期的許多現(xiàn)象，是正常的發(fā)育過(guò)程，我們要健康科學(xué)地去看待。

在問(wèn)答環(huán)節(jié)中，同學(xué)們對(duì)身體的變化和性別生長(zhǎng)差異也提出了疑問(wèn)。其中，女生比較關(guān)注經(jīng)期保健的問(wèn)題，例如，是不是每個(gè)人都會(huì)痛經(jīng)？經(jīng)期為什么不能坐浴？男生關(guān)注青春期問(wèn)題更多與營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充和皮膚護(hù)理相關(guān)，例如，如何補(bǔ)充營(yíng)養(yǎng)？如何去除青春痘？

從同學(xué)們的疑問(wèn)可以看出，他們比較重視自身的健康，也善于對(duì)生活進(jìn)行觀察和反思。這是個(gè)很好的現(xiàn)象。我們要先照顧自己，關(guān)愛(ài)自己，才能更健康更長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)地進(jìn)行自我成長(zhǎng)。

心理講座

每月，ASJ會(huì)根據(jù)當(dāng)月德育主題，分學(xué)部舉辦心理（青春期）講座。比如，四月的主題是自信，五月的主題是關(guān)愛(ài)，六月的主題是壓力應(yīng)對(duì)。

對(duì)于青春期教育而言，廣泛面的講座必不可少，但更重要的是，要針對(duì)每個(gè)孩子的特點(diǎn)，在日常生活中進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。這也需要老師和家長(zhǎng)們及時(shí)更新自己的性教育觀念，在生活中對(duì)孩子進(jìn)行積極滲透與交流引導(dǎo)。因此，我們每月也會(huì)開(kāi)展家長(zhǎng)學(xué)堂，鼓勵(lì)家長(zhǎng)不斷學(xué)習(xí)，提升家庭教育能力，促進(jìn)家校共同為孩子的成長(zhǎng)保駕護(hù)航。

Adolescence Lectures

When people are in adolescence, they will have a lot of curiosity about the opposite sex and sexual topics. Adolescence education is important for both boys and girls.

On 17 March and 7 April, ASJ held puberty talks for the Secondary and Primary Schools（G5-G6) respectively.

The Adolescence Lecture contains the physical and psychological changes of adolescence. As a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, adolescence has undergone tremendous changes in the body"s physique, sexual characteristics, endocrine and psychology. In order to help teenagers better adapt to these changes, schools regularly hold relevant lectures to help them understand adolescence and learn to take care of themselves, care for themselves and protect themselves during adolescence.

In ASJ"s adolescence classes, boys and girls are divided into boys and girls according to gender. During puberty, both boys and girls need to understand the basics of both sexes. Through the lecture, explaining these knowledge can not only satisfy students" curiosity, but also encourage them to understand their physical and mental development with a scientific and calm attitude, so that students know that many phenomena in adolescence are normal development processes, and we must look at them healthily and scientifically.

Psychology Lectures

Every month, ASJ organizes psychology (adolescence) lectures based on the theme of the month"s moral education. For example, April"s theme is self-confidence, May"s theme is love, and June"s theme is stress coping.

For adolescent education, a wide range of lectures are essential, but it is more important to guide them in daily life according to the characteristics of each child.

招生對(duì)象：

1. 香港、澳門(mén)籍適齡學(xué)生：持有香港或澳門(mén)永久性（非永久性）居民身份證、《港澳居民來(lái)往內(nèi)地通行證》或《港澳居民居住證》；

2. 臺(tái)灣籍適齡學(xué)生：持有在臺(tái)灣居住的有效身份證明、《臺(tái)灣居民來(lái)往大陸通行證》或《臺(tái)灣居民居住證》。

3. 外籍適齡學(xué)生：持有外國(guó)護(hù)照或永久居留權(quán)證明（綠卡）。

Kindergarten - Grade 11, planned to enroll 300 students

Prospective Students：

1.School-age students from Hong Kong and Macao: required Hong Kong or Macao permanent (non-permanent) identity card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, or Residence Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents.

2.School-age students from Taiwan: required Taiwan identity card, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, or Residence Permit for Taiwan residents.
