青春期講座

人處于青春期時，會對異性、對性話題，產生很多好奇。青春期教育對男生和女生而言，都是重要的。

3月17日和4月7日，廣州暨大港澳子弟學校（ASJ)分別開展了中學部和小學部G5-G6的青春期講座。

青春期講座對包含青春期的生理變化和心理變化的講解。青春期作為兒童期至成年期的過渡時期，人體的體格、性征、內分泌以及心理等方面都發生了巨大的變化。為了幫助青少年們更好地適應這些變化，學校定期開展相關講座來幫助他們認識青春期，學會在青春期中自我照顧、自我關懷、自我保護。

在ASJ的青春期講座中，會根據性別分為男生場和女生場。經歷青春期期間，男生和女生都需要了解兩性的基本常識。通過講座，對這些知識進行講解，既可以滿足學生的好奇，又可以鼓勵他們用科學冷靜的態度去了解自己身心的發展發育，讓同學們知道，青春期的許多現象，是正常的發育過程，我們要健康科學地去看待。

在問答環節中，同學們對身體的變化和性別生長差異也提出了疑問。其中，女生比較關注經期保健的問題，例如，是不是每個人都會痛經？經期為什么不能坐??？男生關注青春期問題更多與營養補充和皮膚護理相關，例如，如何補充營養？如何去除青春痘？

從同學們的疑問可以看出，他們比較重視自身的健康，也善于對生活進行觀察和反思。這是個很好的現象。我們要先照顧自己，關愛自己，才能更健康更長遠地進行自我成長。

心理講座

每月，ASJ會根據當月德育主題，分學部舉辦心理（青春期）講座。比如，四月的主題是自信，五月的主題是關愛，六月的主題是壓力應對。

對于青春期教育而言，廣泛面的講座必不可少，但更重要的是，要針對每個孩子的特點，在日常生活中進行引導。這也需要老師和家長們及時更新自己的性教育觀念，在生活中對孩子進行積極滲透與交流引導。因此，我們每月也會開展家長學堂，鼓勵家長不斷學習，提升家庭教育能力，促進家校共同為孩子的成長保駕護航。

Adolescence Lectures

When people are in adolescence, they will have a lot of curiosity about the opposite sex and sexual topics. Adolescence education is important for both boys and girls.

On 17 March and 7 April, ASJ held puberty talks for the Secondary and Primary Schools（G5-G6) respectively.

The Adolescence Lecture contains the physical and psychological changes of adolescence. As a transitional period from childhood to adulthood, adolescence has undergone tremendous changes in the body"s physique, sexual characteristics, endocrine and psychology. In order to help teenagers better adapt to these changes, schools regularly hold relevant lectures to help them understand adolescence and learn to take care of themselves, care for themselves and protect themselves during adolescence.

In ASJ"s adolescence classes, boys and girls are divided into boys and girls according to gender. During puberty, both boys and girls need to understand the basics of both sexes. Through the lecture, explaining these knowledge can not only satisfy students" curiosity, but also encourage them to understand their physical and mental development with a scientific and calm attitude, so that students know that many phenomena in adolescence are normal development processes, and we must look at them healthily and scientifically.

Psychology Lectures

Every month, ASJ organizes psychology (adolescence) lectures based on the theme of the month"s moral education. For example, April"s theme is self-confidence, May"s theme is love, and June"s theme is stress coping.

For adolescent education, a wide range of lectures are essential, but it is more important to guide them in daily life according to the characteristics of each child.

入學考試安排：

招生對象：

1. 香港、澳門籍適齡學生：持有香港或澳門永久性（非永久性）居民身份證、《港澳居民來往內地通行證》或《港澳居民居住證》；

2. 臺灣籍適齡學生：持有在臺灣居住的有效身份證明、《臺灣居民來往大陸通行證》或《臺灣居民居住證》。

3. 外籍適齡學生：持有外國護照或永久居留權證明（綠卡）。
