在百花齊放的三月陽春之際，BMH籃球隊的小隊員們參加了由龍華區教育局舉辦的2023年龍華區中小學生籃球比賽。這是校籃球隊第一次參加校外的正式籃球比賽，小隊員們都拼盡全力，發揮出了自己最好的水平，收獲了寶貴的經驗。

競技體育的魅力或許在于緊咬的比分，但更在于昂揚的斗志和不斷被激發的潛力。在這幾場比賽中，我們的隊員們品嘗輸贏，也總結經驗，在賽場的每一次進攻、防守都見證他們的成長。

第一場比賽我們對戰的是觀瀾中心學校，大家都特別興奮，但是由于隊員們是第一次組隊參加比賽，默契度和配合度都不是很理想。對方使用了包夾的戰術，導致我們主力隊員在不斷擺脫的過程中消耗了很多體能，在鏖戰四節之后，首戰告負。

但是，有了第一場的經驗之后，羅益老師與隊員們討論，總結了失敗的原因，并調整了戰術。在第二場對戰桂花小學和第三場對戰瀚文實驗學校的過程中，安排核心隊員放棄前場籃板，核心隊員回防的時候要求只到二分線，減少跑動的距離，并安排就近的隊員去掩護核心隊員接球，由核心隊員上籃得分，隊員們對戰術執行得非常好，配合默契，這兩場比賽都取得了勝利！

值得一提的是，在第三場比賽中，我們在前三節一度落后十分，但是大家都沒有氣餒，在老師的指導下采用了緊逼的戰術，隊員積極拼搶，配合默契，導致對方隊員不斷失誤，最終反敗為勝，為我們學校贏得了比賽！

到了第四場比賽，我們對戰的是3連勝實力強勁的鷺湖外國語小學，鷺湖外國語小學如果戰勝我們則穩定小組出線。雖然這場比賽我們并未取得勝利，但是我們的小隊員們在這場比賽中的表現也非常的出色，默契的掩護配合，精準的傳切配合，底線靈動的疊人跑位，倒地后的傳球等等，羅益老師對大家的表現表示特別滿意。

比賽進行到第五天，也是關鍵的一天，實力強勁的鷺湖學校對陣桂花小學，博觀對陣教科院附屬小學，比賽開始前，我們在觀瀾賽區A組的6支隊伍中排名暫列第三，如果鷺湖戰勝桂花，博觀戰勝教科院附屬學校，依據規則博觀依然出線。

當天老師帶領學生觀看并為鷺湖學校加油，但鷺湖學校輸給了桂花小學，此時我們無論勝負都不能出線。因此，在第五場比賽與教科研附屬實驗小學的對戰中，老師讓所有隊員都參與到比賽中，讓大家都有機會得到鍛煉，積累比賽的經驗，為以后的比賽做準備。雖然我們只在第二節和第四節派出了部分主力隊員，我們仍然以50：35的大比分輕松贏得了這場比賽。

經過這5場比賽，籃球隊的隊員們不僅收獲了寶貴的比賽經驗，也士氣大增。學生們將繼續在羅益老師的帶領下努力訓練，以備戰接下來的比賽。

“雖然這次沒有出線小組賽，但是在比賽的過程我們收獲了寶貴的經驗。感謝羅老師帶我們參賽，一直幫助我們備戰和指導戰術，也感謝隊友的支持。希望在以后的比賽，博觀籃球隊能取得更好的成績。”

This March, the Department of Education in Longhua District hosted a basketball match for primary schools and secondary schools. It is the first time that we have played in a formal basketball game outside of school. All the playersplayed as well as they possibly could.

Let’s go over the highlights of the magnificent matches!

We played against Guanlan Central School in the first match. Everyone was pumped up, but because this was the first time we played such a formal match, we got off to a rough start. The opponents were double-teaming against us, which made it difficult for us to score. In the end, we lost the first match.

After the first match, we adjusted our strategy. In the second match against Guihua Primary School and the third match against Hanwen Experimental School, Coach Luo Yi told core players to forget about offensive rebounds and return only to the two-point line to shorten the running distance. Players nearby should cover core players so that they catch the ball and score. The strategy worked well and we won both matches! In the third match, at one point we were 10 points behind, but we remained high-spirited and followed closely at their heels, trying to steal the ball. The opposing team slipped up and opened the door for us to win this over!

The fourth match we were up against Luhu Foreign Language Primary School, which has won three matches on a row. If they win again, they can enter the tournament. Although we lost this match, our players performed well. They showed great skills in screening, passing, baseline double screening, etc.

The fifth day’s results will decide whether we can play in the tournament or not. Luhu Foreign Language Primary School played against Guihua Primary School. And we were against the Affiliated Primary School of SLHIES. Before the match, we were in the third place out of the 6 teams of Guanlan A Group. If Luhu defeats Guihua and BMH also wins, we still got the chance to play in the tournament. Unfortunately, Luhu lost this match. No matter whether we wonor lostin the following match, we would not become finalists. So the last match, all players participated so that everyone got the opportunity to practise for later games. Although we only sent our best players out in the second part and the fourth part of the game, we still won hands down with a score of 50:35.

After these five matches, we have gained valuable experience. We will practise harder for next year!
