在百花齊放的三月陽春之際，BMH籃球隊(duì)的小隊(duì)員們參加了由龍華區(qū)教育局舉辦的2023年龍華區(qū)中小學(xué)生籃球比賽。這是校籃球隊(duì)第一次參加校外的正式籃球比賽，小隊(duì)員們都拼盡全力，發(fā)揮出了自己最好的水平，收獲了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

競技體育的魅力或許在于緊咬的比分，但更在于昂揚(yáng)的斗志和不斷被激發(fā)的潛力。在這幾場比賽中，我們的隊(duì)員們品嘗輸贏，也總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在賽場的每一次進(jìn)攻、防守都見證他們的成長。

第一場比賽我們對(duì)戰(zhàn)的是觀瀾中心學(xué)校，大家都特別興奮，但是由于隊(duì)員們是第一次組隊(duì)參加比賽，默契度和配合度都不是很理想。對(duì)方使用了包夾的戰(zhàn)術(shù)，導(dǎo)致我們主力隊(duì)員在不斷擺脫的過程中消耗了很多體能，在鏖戰(zhàn)四節(jié)之后，首戰(zhàn)告負(fù)。

但是，有了第一場的經(jīng)驗(yàn)之后，羅益老師與隊(duì)員們討論，總結(jié)了失敗的原因，并調(diào)整了戰(zhàn)術(shù)。在第二場對(duì)戰(zhàn)桂花小學(xué)和第三場對(duì)戰(zhàn)瀚文實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校的過程中，安排核心隊(duì)員放棄前場籃板，核心隊(duì)員回防的時(shí)候要求只到二分線，減少跑動(dòng)的距離，并安排就近的隊(duì)員去掩護(hù)核心隊(duì)員接球，由核心隊(duì)員上籃得分，隊(duì)員們對(duì)戰(zhàn)術(shù)執(zhí)行得非常好，配合默契，這兩場比賽都取得了勝利！

值得一提的是，在第三場比賽中，我們?cè)谇叭?jié)一度落后十分，但是大家都沒有氣餒，在老師的指導(dǎo)下采用了緊逼的戰(zhàn)術(shù)，隊(duì)員積極拼搶，配合默契，導(dǎo)致對(duì)方隊(duì)員不斷失誤，最終反敗為勝，為我們學(xué)校贏得了比賽！

到了第四場比賽，我們對(duì)戰(zhàn)的是3連勝實(shí)力強(qiáng)勁的鷺湖外國語小學(xué)，鷺湖外國語小學(xué)如果戰(zhàn)勝我們則穩(wěn)定小組出線。雖然這場比賽我們并未取得勝利，但是我們的小隊(duì)員們?cè)谶@場比賽中的表現(xiàn)也非常的出色，默契的掩護(hù)配合，精準(zhǔn)的傳切配合，底線靈動(dòng)的疊人跑位，倒地后的傳球等等，羅益老師對(duì)大家的表現(xiàn)表示特別滿意。

比賽進(jìn)行到第五天，也是關(guān)鍵的一天，實(shí)力強(qiáng)勁的鷺湖學(xué)校對(duì)陣桂花小學(xué)，博觀對(duì)陣教科院附屬小學(xué)，比賽開始前，我們?cè)谟^瀾賽區(qū)A組的6支隊(duì)伍中排名暫列第三，如果鷺湖戰(zhàn)勝桂花，博觀戰(zhàn)勝教科院附屬學(xué)校，依據(jù)規(guī)則博觀依然出線。

當(dāng)天老師帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生觀看并為鷺湖學(xué)校加油，但鷺湖學(xué)校輸給了桂花小學(xué)，此時(shí)我們無論勝負(fù)都不能出線。因此，在第五場比賽與教科研附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)的對(duì)戰(zhàn)中，老師讓所有隊(duì)員都參與到比賽中，讓大家都有機(jī)會(huì)得到鍛煉，積累比賽的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為以后的比賽做準(zhǔn)備。雖然我們只在第二節(jié)和第四節(jié)派出了部分主力隊(duì)員，我們?nèi)匀灰?0：35的大比分輕松贏得了這場比賽。

經(jīng)過這5場比賽，籃球隊(duì)的隊(duì)員們不僅收獲了寶貴的比賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)，也士氣大增。學(xué)生們將繼續(xù)在羅益老師的帶領(lǐng)下努力訓(xùn)練，以備戰(zhàn)接下來的比賽。

“雖然這次沒有出線小組賽，但是在比賽的過程我們收獲了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。感謝羅老師帶我們參賽，一直幫助我們備戰(zhàn)和指導(dǎo)戰(zhàn)術(shù)，也感謝隊(duì)友的支持。希望在以后的比賽，博觀籃球隊(duì)能取得更好的成績。”

This March, the Department of Education in Longhua District hosted a basketball match for primary schools and secondary schools. It is the first time that we have played in a formal basketball game outside of school. All the playersplayed as well as they possibly could.

Let’s go over the highlights of the magnificent matches!

We played against Guanlan Central School in the first match. Everyone was pumped up, but because this was the first time we played such a formal match, we got off to a rough start. The opponents were double-teaming against us, which made it difficult for us to score. In the end, we lost the first match.

After the first match, we adjusted our strategy. In the second match against Guihua Primary School and the third match against Hanwen Experimental School, Coach Luo Yi told core players to forget about offensive rebounds and return only to the two-point line to shorten the running distance. Players nearby should cover core players so that they catch the ball and score. The strategy worked well and we won both matches! In the third match, at one point we were 10 points behind, but we remained high-spirited and followed closely at their heels, trying to steal the ball. The opposing team slipped up and opened the door for us to win this over!

The fourth match we were up against Luhu Foreign Language Primary School, which has won three matches on a row. If they win again, they can enter the tournament. Although we lost this match, our players performed well. They showed great skills in screening, passing, baseline double screening, etc.

The fifth day’s results will decide whether we can play in the tournament or not. Luhu Foreign Language Primary School played against Guihua Primary School. And we were against the Affiliated Primary School of SLHIES. Before the match, we were in the third place out of the 6 teams of Guanlan A Group. If Luhu defeats Guihua and BMH also wins, we still got the chance to play in the tournament. Unfortunately, Luhu lost this match. No matter whether we wonor lostin the following match, we would not become finalists. So the last match, all players participated so that everyone got the opportunity to practise for later games. Although we only sent our best players out in the second part and the fourth part of the game, we still won hands down with a score of 50:35.

After these five matches, we have gained valuable experience. We will practise harder for next year!
