我最想和大家分享的一個(gè)詞是內(nèi)驅(qū)力，因?yàn)閮?nèi)驅(qū)力是所有力量的源泉。也是我們新學(xué)期最應(yīng)蓄積的力量。那么，什么是內(nèi)驅(qū)力呢？請(qǐng)大家從我講的兩個(gè)故事中尋找一下答案。

The phrase I would like to share with you most is inner drive, because it is the source of all strength. It is also the strength that we should accumulate the most in the new semester. So, what is inner drive? You will find the answer from the two stories I am about to share.

第一個(gè)故事是我的爺爺，我的爺爺是一位有著近六十年黨齡的老黨員，爺爺上學(xué)時(shí)條件非常艱苦，每天要走十幾里的山路去上學(xué)，放學(xué)后，還要干數(shù)不清的家務(wù)。但我的爺爺始終堅(jiān)信知識(shí)改變命運(yùn)，終于他通過(guò)自己的努力走出了大山。爺爺走出大山，走向更廣闊的天地，靠的是內(nèi)驅(qū)力，爺爺身上的內(nèi)驅(qū)力是什么呢？是堅(jiān)定的信念，是明確的目標(biāo)。這是一個(gè)人的內(nèi)驅(qū)力的源泉。

The first story is about my grandfather. My grandfather has been a Communist party member for nearly 60 years. The conditions for my grandfather’s education were very difficult. He had to walk more than ten miles to go to school every day. Endless chores awaited him after school as well. But my grandfather always believed that knowledge can change destiny, and finally he walked out of the mountains through his own efforts. Grandpa stepped out of the mountains and walked towards a wider world, relying on inner drive. What is Grandpa’s inner drive? It is a firm belief and a clear goal. It is the source of a person"s inner drive.

第二個(gè)故事是我的京劇老師，我的京劇老師到京劇團(tuán)學(xué)習(xí)刀馬旦，每天起早貪黑，身體常常受傷。但老師都不怕，因?yàn)槔蠋煶艘惠呑拥膽颍瑦?ài)了一輩子的戲，同學(xué)們，老師身上的內(nèi)驅(qū)力是什么呢？對(duì)，是興趣，是熱愛(ài)。

The second story is about my Peking Opera teacher. My Peking Opera teacher went to the Peking Opera Troupe to learn Daomadan. He/She worked around the clock every day, and his/her body was often injured. But my teacher was not afraid, because he/she has sung and loved Peking Opera all his/her life. students, what is the inner driving of my teacher? Yes, it is interest, it is passion.

我為什么講內(nèi)驅(qū)力呢？是因?yàn)閮?nèi)驅(qū)力不僅能成就自己，也能激勵(lì)他人，更能給我們的校園帶來(lái)正能量。新的學(xué)期，我們要保持積極向上的姿態(tài)，內(nèi)驅(qū)力將是我們前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力源泉。

Why did I choose to talk about inner drive? It is because inner drive can not empower oneself, but also inspire others, and bring positive energy to our campus. In the new semester, we must maintain a positive attitude, and inner drive will be the source of motivation for us to move forward.

我們每個(gè)人要找到自己內(nèi)驅(qū)力，首先要有堅(jiān)定的信念，有明確的目標(biāo)，第二要能夠找到我們的興趣點(diǎn)，全身心的去熱愛(ài)。

For each of us to find our own inner drive, we must firstly have firm beliefs and clear goals, and secondly, we must be able to find our interests and be passionate about them wholeheartedly.

同學(xué)們，我們已經(jīng)站在了新學(xué)期的起點(diǎn)上，我們已經(jīng)開(kāi)啟了新的征程，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們問(wèn)問(wèn)自己幾個(gè)問(wèn)題：對(duì)生命的熱情已經(jīng)被點(diǎn)燃了嗎？你探索知識(shí)的激情已經(jīng)被激發(fā)了嗎？你除了點(diǎn)燃自己，還將以怎樣的方式怎樣點(diǎn)燃他人，溫暖他人呢？
