      Spring is approaching, everything is renewed, and we welcomed the first week of the spring semester. ISA Tianhe opened the second semester of the 2022-2023 academic year on Wednesday, February 1, and ISA students returned to campus as scheduled. We were happy to see familiar faces back on campus and warmly welcomed new students to become part of the ISA community.

      春暖燕歸,萬物更新,這周我們迎來春季學期。愛莎天河于2月1日(周三)開啟2022-2023學年的第二學期,愛莎學子如期回歸校園。我們很高興地看到熟悉的面孔回到校園,同時我們也熱烈歡迎新同學們成為愛莎天河社區的一員。

      Early Years

      幼兒園

      In Early Years, the children happily spent the first week of the new semester. They were slowly getting used to and adapting back to school life. The children met their familiar teachers, classmates and friends, and warmly welcomed their new classmates to interact and communicate with each other. In order to let the new students feel the warm atmosphere of the ISA Tianhe community, the teachers asked the children to share exciting stories about their holidays. In terms of subjects, the Early Years continued to study the UOI transdisciplinary theme "How the World Works".

      幼兒園的孩子們愉快地度過新學期的第一周。孩子們在慢慢習慣和適應回歸校園生活。孩子們見到了熟悉的老師、同學、朋友,也歡迎新同學的加入,彼此互動和交流。為了讓新同學感受到愛莎社區溫馨的氛圍,老師讓孩子們分享假期趣事。而在學科上,幼兒園繼續學習探究單元“世界如何運作“。

      Primary

      小學

      In Primary, the children started a Unit of Inquiry. Y5 students engaged in a series of teamwork activities to enhance their sense of teamwork. Also, to make reading more fun and develop children"s interest in reading, they started a cross-grade "Buddy Reading," in which students in the upper grades led students in the lower grades to read together, communicate, share, and learn from each other.

      在小學,孩子們開啟了新的探究課程。小學五年級學生,開展了團隊合作活動,增強團隊意識。同時,為了增加閱讀的樂趣和培養孩子閱讀興趣,小學開展了跨年級“伙伴閱讀”活動,由高年級學生帶領低年級學生共同閱讀,互相交流、分享、學習。

      New semester, new expectations. We are looking to grow up with children to achieve another success.

      新學期,新期待。在新的一年中,我們期待與孩子們共同成長,再創佳績。
