Computer Science

在3月8日到3月15日的協和浦東中學國際部舉辦的計算機科學周活動中，三林校區A1和A2年級的學長學姐們，用他們機器人和人工智能方面的專業知識，吸引了一波迷弟迷妹們。

Computer Science Week was held in the International Stream of our SUIS Pudong Campus from 8th to 15th March. Our A1 and A2 students shared their expertise on robotics and Artificial Intellgence which attracted the attention of our junior students.

機器人 Robotics

A1

A1年級的同學們本次準備的課堂主題是“機器人”。在課程準備環節，他們首先完成了模型機及遙控器的組裝，并進行了模擬運動和調試，以確保授課過程的順利進行。

The topic that the A1 computer science students prepared for ourG9 students was "Robotics". During their preparation phase,they first assembled a demo robot and then tested it with a controller to make sure the actual lesson would go well.

在正式授課環節，他們引導九年級學生以小組為單位，完成了機器人組裝和程序設置。在課程的最后，他們組織了一場小組機器人格斗賽，檢驗了本次機器人制作的成果，也用歡呼聲結束了這場“機器人”課堂。

During the lessson, they instruced the Grade 9 students to work in groups to assemble and program their robots. At the end of the lesson, they organised an exciting Robot Face-off competition to test theresults of their work. The lesson ended with cheers and applause.

人工智能 AI

A2

A2年級學生則是準備了“人工智能”入門課堂,帶領同學們由淺入深地了解時下熱門聊天機器人應用Chatbot及Python編程的相關知識。

A2 students on the other hand prepared a lesson on " Artificial Intelligence".G9 students were introduced to the hottest applications on the market: Chatbot and Python.

跨校區合作

Cross CampusCollaboration

本次跨校區學生教學課堂由 Ms. Sophia和 Mr. Ochora共同組織和策劃。雖然協和浦東的小初高部位于三個校區，但這從來都不是我們校區間活動的阻礙，更不是協和學子間相互學習的壁壘。

Thiscross campus event was organised by Ms.Sophia in collaboration with Mr.Ochora from the Computer Sciencedepartment. Despite the fact that SUIS Pudong Campusesare located in three areas, we never stop staying connected and physical distance is never a barrier for our students to learnfrom each other.

不論是曾經的跨校區學生會座談會，還是本次的計算機科學周活動的跨校區教學，都無一不體現了“協和浦東”這個整體之下的，各學部學子們的風華正茂。Both the cross-campus student council meeting and the cross-campus teaching of this computer science week show that the students in each campus are in their prime in SUIS Pudong as a whole.
