愛莎校際棒球比賽

On Sunday, November 6, we organized a friendly competition with the Japanese Junior Samurai Baseball Team, the second time for an ISA Baseball inter-school competition. Both teams attached great importance to this game and carried out intensive training beforehand, arriving at the Sports Field well in advance for warm-up activities.

11月6日，由愛莎國際學(xué)苑組建并統(tǒng)籌的愛莎棒球校隊(duì)再次迎來了與日本人學(xué)校棒球隊(duì)的友誼練習(xí)賽，繼上半年與他們比賽后，兩隊(duì)的學(xué)生都非常期待精彩再續(xù)。兩校都非常重視此次比賽，各自在賽前都進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)化集中式的訓(xùn)練，并提前到達(dá)場地進(jìn)行賽前的熱身活動(dòng)。

Before the competition, the ISA Coach Mr. Peter gave pre-match guidance to each team member. Parents cheered for their children, substitutes shouted for their teammates; everybody urged our amazing team onward.

在賽前，Peter教練根據(jù)校隊(duì)每位成員的情況都進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的賽前指導(dǎo)工作。在賽場下，親友助力團(tuán)也是一道靚麗的風(fēng)景線，他們?yōu)樽约旱暮⒆觽儏群凹佑停€有在等待上場的隊(duì)員們，看見自己的隊(duì)友在賽場上奮力拼搏，激動(dòng)地喊出了加油ISA！

Baseball is a sport that requires strategy and teamwork. No matter if you are batting or pitching, you need to concentrate and react quickly. You need to discuss strategy and tactics with each other and cooperate like a well-oiled machine. Before the competition, the ISA Coach Mr. Peter gave pre-match guidance to each team member, letting them know what they should pay attention to, how to face opponents and to be fearless. Though less strong, the ISA Baseball team still maintained high morale and played with spirit.

棒球是一項(xiàng)需要?jiǎng)幽X運(yùn)用策略和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作的運(yùn)動(dòng)，不管你是進(jìn)攻方還是防守方都需要集中精神，全神貫注地去關(guān)注賽場的狀況并快速做出反應(yīng)，同時(shí)也需要互相討論策略戰(zhàn)術(shù)與隊(duì)友相互配合。比賽的輸贏并不重要，重要的是學(xué)生在這個(gè)過程中頑強(qiáng)拼搏、直面對(duì)手，勇敢向前，超越自我。愛莎棒球隊(duì)雖實(shí)力稍弱，但依然士氣高昂，打出了自己的風(fēng)格和精神。

This baseball match is beneficial to create a campus culture of equality, friendship, and encouragement and enhance students" understanding and love of baseball. The students learned their shortcomings by playing games, and they learned more about baseball rules and sportsmanship.

這場比賽有利于創(chuàng)建一個(gè)平等友愛激勵(lì)的校園文化，學(xué)生們以賽促練，找到了自己的不足，也更加明白了什么是棒球運(yùn)動(dòng)和體育精神。
