Sias IS leadership and operation staff went to Xi"an Liangjiatan International School for a one-day job shadow

On March 8th, Dr. Sam Mills, Head of School at Sias International School, along with twelve of our leadership and operation staff, went to Xi "an Liangjiatan International School for one day to job shadow. Ms. Liu Li, Head of Xi "an Liangjiatan International School, expressed a warm welcome on arrival. Brian Labor, Vice Head of School and head of each department of Xi "an Liangjiatan International School, had an in-depth discussion with the respective department heads at Sias IS on the content of the department and the development of daily work.

3月8日，鄭州鄭東新區(qū)西亞斯外籍人員子女學校（以下簡稱西亞斯外籍學校）校長Sam Mills博士帶領學校的教學及運營管理團隊一行12人前往西安梁家灘國際學校進行一日跟崗見習。西安梁家灘國際學校校長劉莉女士對我們的到來表示歡迎，副校長Brian Labor、各學部校長及部門主管分別與我校相應部門的主管就部本門的工作內(nèi)容、日常工作的開展進行了深入的分享。

Xi"an Liangjiatan International School is a fifteen-year-old IB school, established in 2003, which acheived the International Baccalaureate full-school accreditation in 2018. The shadowing and school visit aimed to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of how Xi"an Liangjiatan International School has gradually developed into an established IB school and to learn from their advanced school experience. On the day of the job shadow, the team visited the beautiful campus and visited Xi"an Liangjiatan international school"s administrative department; includung the Human Resources Department; the Marketing and Brand Development Department; the Public Relations Department; and the Resource Center to observe the daily work of their counterparts and to learn from their working methods and experience.

西安梁家灘國際學校是一所十五年一貫制IB學校，成立于2003年，于2018年獲得國際文憑全學段認證。我校組織本次參訪和跟崗見習，希望能全面、深入了解西安梁家灘國際學校是如何逐步發(fā)展成一所優(yōu)質(zhì)的IB學校，借鑒他們先進的辦學經(jīng)驗，助力我校實現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展。見習當天，我校出訪團隊參觀了美麗的校園并深入中小學教學崗和人力資源部、市場及品牌發(fā)展部、公共關系部、資源中心等行政崗觀察同行的工作日常，交流和學習了工作方法和經(jīng)驗。

Job shadowing will inspire our future work and will assist in obtaining accreditation. After returning to school, our team reflected on from Xi’an Liangjiatan International school and made plans for the road ahead.

本次跟崗見習為我們?nèi)蘸蠊ぷ鞯拈_展及獲取認證帶來很多啟發(fā)和指導。返校后，我校出訪團隊對本次跟崗見習進行了復盤。各部門對認真總結(jié)此次參訪跟崗的收獲和思考，并制定行動計劃對接下來的工作進一步優(yōu)化。

This year, Sias IS will also organize more school-to-school visits and exchange activities to, immerse our team in more international education experience and build Sias IS into a world-class international school. At the same time, we would like to thank Xi"an Liangjiatan International School for their reception and generosity in sharing their experience with our visiting team. Sias IS is looking forward to having more exchanges and cooperation between the two schools in the future.

今年，我們也會組織更多校與校之間的訪問交流活動，吸收更多的國際教育經(jīng)驗，把西亞斯外籍學校建設成為一所世界一流的國際學校。同時再次感謝西安梁家灘國際學校對于我校參訪團隊的接待和經(jīng)驗分享，期待未來兩校開展更多的交流合作。
