哈羅大師班項目

學(xué)校將邀請各個領(lǐng)域的頂尖人才

來到哈羅珠海講學(xué)與授課

為哈羅學(xué)子提供最前沿的優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會

哈羅大師班第一期在本周順利舉行！

本期的大師班是一節(jié)獨(dú)具特色的體育課，我們的大師是前國家羽毛球運(yùn)動員，現(xiàn)國家女子羽毛球隊混雙助理教練馬晉女士。

（我國運(yùn)動員最高榮譽(yù)）

·曾代表中國出征參加過2次亞運(yùn)會、2次奧運(yùn)會、2次東亞運(yùn)動會，并獲得國內(nèi)外賽事50余次冠軍。

·6次獲世界冠軍，曾同時在雙打、混雙世界排名第一，以一年獲得11個冠軍成為同年度中國羽毛球隊冠軍王。

Harrow Master Class

在氣氛活躍的大師講堂中

哈羅學(xué)子們踴躍地回答問題！

馬老師問到

“大家對體育精神的理解是什么？”

同學(xué)們爭先恐后地回答：

“不服輸?shù)木瘛?/p>

“堅持勇氣，永不退縮”

馬老師提到，

在學(xué)習(xí)和生活中遇到問題要有戰(zhàn)勝困難的“勇氣”，要把困難當(dāng)做自己前進(jìn)的動力，不斷突破在挫折中繼續(xù)前進(jìn)。而其中代表哈羅價值觀之一的“榮譽(yù)”是她覺得最能代表體育精神的，因?yàn)椤皹s譽(yù)”賦予了她在運(yùn)動生涯中的責(zé)任和擔(dān)當(dāng)，為榮譽(yù)而戰(zhàn)不僅僅只是為了個人，更是為了國家為了集體。

馬老師還鼓勵同學(xué)們找到自己的體育特長

并學(xué)會磨礪團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作的精神

在“謙和”和“互助”的價值中

與集體一起共同成長

Harrow Zhuhai has launched its new learning initiative

The Harrow Master Class

The initiative aims to bring in top talents

Masters, if you will, to come to Harrow Zhuhai

And bring excellent learning opportunities to our pupils

Our First Harrow Master Class has concluded this week!

It was an interesting PE class delivered by a former national badminton player and the current Assistant Coach of the National Women"s Badminton team, Ms. Ma Jin.

Sport Medal of Honour

（The highest honour of athelets in China）

·Represented China in 2 Asian Games, 2 Olympic Games and 2 East Asian Games and has won more than 50 titles in domestic and international events.·Won the world championship 6 times and was ranked number one in the world in both doubles and mixed doubles, becoming the champion of the Chinese badminton team in the same year with 11 titles in one year.

And how she grew to be a world badminton champion.

Harrow Master Class

The Master Class was lively

and the students were excited to answer questions.

When Ms. Ma asked

"What does sportsmanship mean?"

Our Harrovians actively answered:

"The indomitable spirit "

"Courage, and Never Back down"

Ms. Ma said

Thevalue of having the "Courage" to face challenges, and keep motivationto overcome difficulties is essential in sports. One of Harrow"s corevalue—Honour, is what she believes can best represent sportsmanship. BecauseHonour set the tone for all sports as it provides the responsibility anddevotion one’s sporting career. When you play, you do not only play for yourpersonal gain, but also, many times, for the national honour.

Ms. Ma also encouraged students to

identify their unique sporting talents

fostera collaborative mindset when working within a team

and grow with yourteam members

using Harrow’s core values of Humility and Fellowship

After the lecture,

Ms. Ma brought the students to the sport hall

And delivered an outstanding badminton lesson to our Harrovians
