為助推落實“雙減”政策、“五項管理”和“考試管理”規定，11月10日，金安教育集團李功良總監蒞臨華美外國語學校進行了有針對性的檢查、指導。

On November 10, Supervisor Li Gongliang of Jinan Education Group visited Huamei Foreign Language School to guide the work.

李總監采用推門聽課的方式，開展常態課教學問題診斷分析活動，梳理教學中的亮點和存在的問題，并提出肯定及改進建議。

Supervisor Li walked into the classroom, conducted in-depth teaching research, and listened to the teachers" teaching.

隨后，李總監從書面作業總量、創新作業形式、作業布置規范、作業設計質量等方面，抽查了老師們的作業設計、作業布置和作業批改情況，依據《學科教學常規標準》抽查了老師們的教學設計。

Afterwards, Supervisor Li also checked the teachers" preparation, and had an in-depth understanding of the completion of students" homework.

下午，李總監還在部分班級進行了教學問卷調查，并將檢查、調查情況反饋給了劉燕玲校長。

In the afternoon, supervisor Li also conducted a teaching questionnaire survey in some classes, and reported the inspection and survey results to Principal Liu Yanling.

劉燕玲校長感謝李總監付出的辛勤勞動，并表示，我校必將落實好“雙減”政策、“五項管理”和“考試管理”規定，落實好《羅湖區義務教育階段課堂提質增效實施方案》、《羅湖區義務教育課堂教學質量評價實施方案》，依據《羅湖區中小學學科教學常規標準》深耕課堂，整體提升學校教育教學質量。

Principal Liu Yanling said that our school will definitely implement the "double reduction" policy, "five management" and "exam management" regulations to improve the quality of school education and teaching .
