為助推落實(shí)“雙減”政策、“五項(xiàng)管理”和“考試管理”規(guī)定，11月10日，金安教育集團(tuán)李功良總監(jiān)蒞臨華美外國語學(xué)校進(jìn)行了有針對性的檢查、指導(dǎo)。

On November 10, Supervisor Li Gongliang of Jinan Education Group visited Huamei Foreign Language School to guide the work.

李總監(jiān)采用推門聽課的方式，開展常態(tài)課教學(xué)問題診斷分析活動，梳理教學(xué)中的亮點(diǎn)和存在的問題，并提出肯定及改進(jìn)建議。

Supervisor Li walked into the classroom, conducted in-depth teaching research, and listened to the teachers" teaching.

隨后，李總監(jiān)從書面作業(yè)總量、創(chuàng)新作業(yè)形式、作業(yè)布置規(guī)范、作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量等方面，抽查了老師們的作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、作業(yè)布置和作業(yè)批改情況，依據(jù)《學(xué)科教學(xué)常規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》抽查了老師們的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。

Afterwards, Supervisor Li also checked the teachers" preparation, and had an in-depth understanding of the completion of students" homework.

下午，李總監(jiān)還在部分班級進(jìn)行了教學(xué)問卷調(diào)查，并將檢查、調(diào)查情況反饋給了劉燕玲校長。

In the afternoon, supervisor Li also conducted a teaching questionnaire survey in some classes, and reported the inspection and survey results to Principal Liu Yanling.

劉燕玲校長感謝李總監(jiān)付出的辛勤勞動，并表示，我校必將落實(shí)好“雙減”政策、“五項(xiàng)管理”和“考試管理”規(guī)定，落實(shí)好《羅湖區(qū)義務(wù)教育階段課堂提質(zhì)增效實(shí)施方案》、《羅湖區(qū)義務(wù)教育課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量評價(jià)實(shí)施方案》，依據(jù)《羅湖區(qū)中小學(xué)學(xué)科教學(xué)常規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》深耕課堂，整體提升學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
