本期高藤TALK中，在教師分享環(huán)節(jié)，Linda老師緊跟時(shí)事，講述了韓國(guó)梨泰院踩踏事件的發(fā)展過程以及當(dāng)遇到同樣情況時(shí)應(yīng)該如何自救。

主題：梨泰院踩踏事件

Theme：The Itaewon Stampede

2022年10月29日晚，韓國(guó)正舉行一場(chǎng)萬圣節(jié)狂歡活動(dòng)，當(dāng)天出現(xiàn)在梨泰院的年輕人，有十萬人之多，人流量是平常的十倍。

As many as 100,000 young people turned out in Itaewon on the night of October 29, a ten-fold increase from the usual number, for a Halloween bash.

梨泰院酒吧街中一條寬約3.2米，長(zhǎng)約45米左右的斜坡小巷發(fā)生了踩踏事故，而傷亡的地方位于其中5.7米的一段，當(dāng)時(shí)這里大約18平方米的空間里有300多人。至2022年11月11日，造成157人遇難，192人受傷。

The casualties occurred in a 5.7-meter div of a sloping alley in Itaewon Bar Street, which is 3.2 meters wide and 45 meters long. There were about 300 people in an 18-square-meter space. By November 11, 2022, 157 people had been killed and 192 injured.

韓國(guó)政府把10月30日至11月5日定為全國(guó)哀悼期。

The South Korean Government has declared a period of national mourning from October 30 to November 5.

1.培養(yǎng)危機(jī)意識(shí)，保持警覺。發(fā)覺擁擠的人群向著自己行走的方向涌來時(shí)，應(yīng)該馬上避到一旁，但是不要奔跑，以免摔倒；

1. When you see a crowd rushing in the direction you are walking, you should immediately step aside, but do not run, lest you fall;

2.生命第一，學(xué)會(huì)斷舍離。遭遇擁擠的人流時(shí)，即便鞋子被踩掉，也不要貿(mào)然彎腰提鞋或系鞋帶，保管好個(gè)人物品，如不慎丟失，也不要留戀；

2. Life first, learn to give up. In a crowded crowd, even if your shoes are stepped on and fall off, do not bend down to lift them or tie your shoelaces. Take good care of your personal belongings. If they are lost, do not linger；

3.當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己前面有人突然摔倒了，馬上停下腳步，同時(shí)大聲呼救，告知后面的人不要向前靠近；

4.若被推倒，無法起身，則應(yīng)快速蜷縮身體，用雙臂保護(hù)頭部要害及胸腔，使肱骨、肩胛骨、鎖骨以及骨盆形成支撐保護(hù)臟腑，這樣可以盡量避免受到致命傷害。同時(shí)還要把握機(jī)會(huì)靠近墻壁，尋找機(jī)會(huì)將身體從側(cè)臥調(diào)整為跪臥，雙手扣緊后腦，同時(shí)，我們要將腳腕部、小腿與大腿、大腿與軀干、軀干與大臂、大臂與小臂，均調(diào)整為三角形支撐身體，可以更加有效地提高我們的抗壓性。

4. 作為西方感恩節(jié)最常見的食物，火雞有著不可替代的意義，在西方人心中感恩節(jié)吃火雞帶有感恩之意,表達(dá)的是一種對(duì)上帝的感恩之情。

As the most common food on Thanksgiving Day in the West, Turkey has an irreplaceable significance. In the hearts of Westerners, eating Turkey on Thanksgiving Day has the meaning of Thanksgiving, which expresses a kind of gratitude to God.

不知道在座的各位是否吃過火雞，那大家是否會(huì)感到奇怪，只有西方國(guó)家的街邊才會(huì)有火雞賣，然而在國(guó)內(nèi)卻幾乎看不到它的身影。

I don"t know if anyone here has ever eaten Turkey. It may surprise you that Turkey is only sold on the street in Western countries, but it is rarely seen in China.

當(dāng)年主張改革的英國(guó)清教徒不堪承受統(tǒng)治者的追殺和歧視，歷經(jīng)險(xiǎn)難流亡到美洲，此地一片荒涼未開墾，陌生的地方到處是野生動(dòng)物，衣食短缺逢上惡劣的自然環(huán)境嚴(yán)重威脅著他們的生命。

The British Puritans who advocated reform at that time could not bear the pursuit and discrimination of the rulers, and went to America after hardships. This was a desolate and uncultivated, and strange place where was full of wild animals. The lack of food and clothing and the harsh natural environment seriously threatened their lives.

火雞在人們危難之際降臨，果腹保命并帶來新的生機(jī)。它被看作是美味和幸運(yùn)的食物，最終上了家家戶戶的餐盤，而這個(gè)傳統(tǒng)儀式活動(dòng)一直延續(xù)至今。

The Turkey comes at a time when people are in need, feeding them and bringing them new life. It was considered delicious and lucky food and eventually served on the dinner plates of every family, a traditional ritual that continues to this day.

介紹完背景，現(xiàn)在可以說說為什么火雞在中國(guó)很少見了，很簡(jiǎn)單，它在中國(guó)沒有市場(chǎng)。由于中國(guó)的美食十分的多，并且以雞為主的食材也不少，做法也是多種多樣，并且火雞的做法太過單一，只能烤制，也不能紅燒或是煲湯。又因火雞體型很大，烤出來時(shí)油脂很多，肉質(zhì)較其它國(guó)內(nèi)雞肉也很柴，不討國(guó)人的喜好，所以消費(fèi)能力自然不行，也就一直無法打入我國(guó)的主要雞肉市場(chǎng)。

With the background, now we can talk about why Turkey is rare in China. Quite simple, there is no market for it in China. There are many delicacies in China, and there are many chicken-based ingredients. The methods are also varied. Besides, the methods of Turkey are too simple, which can only be baked, but not braised or cooked in soup. In addition, because of the large size of Turkey, a lot of fat is produced when roasted, the meat quality is also very poor compared with other domestic chicken, so Chinese people do not like it. The consumption of turkey is little, so it has been unable to enter the main chicken market in China.
